Job Summary

A Secretary provides administrative support to the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

 Responsible to operate office equipment such as copiers, desktop, etc.

 Answer phone calls and redirect it to concerned employees.

 Set up and maintain an updated paper and electronic filing system.

 Responsible to send, receive and distribute incoming mails.

 Support the Finance Manager in team meetings. Further, take notes and follow up on

actions required agreed on during meetings.

 Participates in project work where applicable.

Education

 Diploma, secretarial related. Bachelor degree is a plus.

Experience

 Minimum 3 years in similar position or related to business.

 Relevant Experience: 1 years of experience in automotive industry.
